How to return
Sign in to your account, open the order, and request a return. We will arrange collection from an address of your choosing, free of charge.
Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with the atelier tag intact.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are treated as a return and a fresh order. No additional shipping is charged.
Alterations
Every garment bought from VELORA is altered by us, free of charge, for as long as you keep it. Post the piece to the atelier or bring it in to one of our private fitting rooms.
Turn-around is usually seven to ten days.
Final sale
Private commissions and pieces altered for your measurements are final sale and cannot be returned.
